Maintenance Technician Unwind Luxury Vacations Nashville, TN 37203 Nashville, TN Maintenance Technician Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks for all Unwind homes in Nashville, Tennessee. Hours can and will vary weekly and seasonally based on business needs. Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks and projects.
• Create a welcoming and safe environment for our guests and owners by ensuring our homes are well maintained with general repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections.
• Respond to guest issues regarding maintenance, as needed including but not limited to: Appliance Troubleshooting Cable/Wifi troubleshooting Basic HVAC repair Light Plumbing Furniture Assembly KeyPad/Lock assistance
• Establish and maintain open and collaborative relationships with team members and the management team.
• Correspond on a regular basis with our local management team and team members.
• Be available and willing to assist your colleagues and management team when necessary.
• Provide emergency coverage when necessary to ensure urgent issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Collect and remove trash and debris as needed
• Ensure that you’ll follow through on assigned maintenance tasks from Unwind’s task management system and respond to time-sensitive maintenance needs
• Coordinate with third-party service providers when necessary.
• Other responsibilities as assigned because every day will be different. Requirements
• Must submit to standard background check and drug test
• Must commit to Unwind’s core values, most of all, to operate with integrity.
• Property maintenance experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone and personal email address
• Ability to regularly lift over 20 Ibs
• Self-motivated and customer service oriented
• Ability to see projects through to completion
• Ability to accurately assess problems and provide resolution
• Ability to operate on a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed to support the needs of the business. Salary & Benefits
