Requirements:
Previous experience in maintenance, punching and turning vacant units, and handling assorted repairs within an apartment community. Possession of HVAC certification and experience in maintaining and installing central HVAC systems. (not a requirement, we will consider uncertified but skilled technicians). Ownership of personal tools and reliable transportation. Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others. Commitment to learning new skills. You will work directly for the Owners of the property. Not an outside management company. You will be collaborating closely with our on-site property manager and existing maintenance staff to deliver high quality make ready units and exceptional customer service. We offer a highly competitive salary for the right candidate, and immediate start is available.

$25.00 – $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday to Friday On call Rotating weekends
