The individual will perform a variety of duties preparing apartments to be rented and resolving work orders submitted by our current residents. May be required to work at other locations in the local area. This property uses golf carts to transport people and materials. In addition, employees may be required to use their personal vehicle for business use, therefore, employees must provide and maintain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license and auto insurance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Regular communication with Maintenance/Property Managers to stay on top of make ready schedule and emergency work orders. Ability to maintain a high level of customer service for guests. Perform maintenance of the buildings, appliances and grounds, performing light plumbing and electrical, and painting. Keep walls, doors, cabinets, and furniture in good condition, repairing scratches, gouges, and dents in doors, cabinets, and walls. Disassemble and assemble cabinets, countertops, vanities. Material handling and storage, such as, moving and/or installing appliances and furniture. Ensure grounds and common areas i.e., laundry room, pool, courtyard, walkways are kept clean at all times. Meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency. This includes a rotation schedule responding to respond to emergency calls after hours and on weekends. Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
