Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in maintenance and repairs within an apartment community. Possession of HVAC certification and experience in maintaining and installing central HVAC systems. Ownership of personal tools and reliable transportation. Strong ability to collaborate effectively with others. Commitment to learning new skills. Pass a Drug Screening. You will work directly for the property owners, collaborating closely with our on-site property manager and maintenance staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
