⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Maintenance Technician – Hiring Now compensation: Earn between $65,000 and $72,000 per year Responsibilities Install & Maintain Fiber Network Infrastructure Build, restore, and maintain aerial and underground cable plants, including customer drop installations and telecom room connections. Diagnose & Repair Service Issues Identify and resolve network disruptions using tools like OTDRs and power meters; perform fiber splicing, troubleshoot inside wiring, and restore connectivity from core to customer. Support Vendor and Contractor Operations Train and assist vendor partners in OSP maintenance and ensure high-quality workmanship across third-party installations and repairs. Deliver Outstanding Customer Service Manage on-site customer interactions with professionalism, resolve service concerns efficiently, and maintain positive relationships with property stakeholders.
