Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper & Make-Ready Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the overall appearance of our property and ensuring that vacant units are move-in ready for new residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Grounds Maintenance:
Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including removing debris, and ensuring all common areas are well-kept.
Pool Cleaning Maintenance:
Maintain cleaning of pool and balancing of chemicals.
Make-Ready Responsibilities:
Prepare vacant units for new residents by performing basic repairs, and ensuring everything is in working order.
Minor Maintenance:
Assist with minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs as needed.
Customer Service:
Respond promptly to resident requests and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or a similar role preferred. Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
