Waters Edge RV Park and Marina is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on couple to serve as our on-site RV Park Hosts. About Waters Edge:
Nestled along the shores of Kentucky Lake in Murray, KY, Waters Edge offers 54 RV sites and 20 boat slips. Our park is a quiet, well-maintained retreat for campers, boaters, and nature lovers alike.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Guest Services & Hospitality Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs. Provide exceptional customer service and local area information. Handle phone/email inquiries and manage reservations. Park Maintenance Mow, trim, clean sites, and maintain landscaping. Keep restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and common areas clean and stocked. Monitor and maintain utility connections, dump stations, and perform basic repairs.
Perform monthly septic system checks and address issues promptly. Marina Oversight Monitor and manage boat slip assignments and conditions. Ensure dock and shoreline areas are clean and in good repair. Administrative Tasks Collect rent, manage invoices, and process guest payments. Maintain supply inventory and reorder as needed. Report maintenance concerns or guest issues to management.
Compensation Package:
$2,000 per month (per couple). Free full hook-up RV site (includes water, sewer, electric, and Wi-Fi). Access to park amenities. Tranquil lakeside living with a welcoming community. Booking agent answering your phone calls from 7am-3pm
