Maintenance Technician 3PL Vision LLC Dickson, TN 37055 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. The Maintenance Technician will work independently and as part of a team to maintain equipment, perform repairs, and enhance the overall appearance of our residential properties.

- Friday Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
Perform repairs on various mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively. Lead small teams on specific projects or maintenance tasks when necessary. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory. Respond promptly to service requests from residents or management. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities. Skills Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with residents and team members. Proficient mechanical knowledge related to facilities maintenance. Ability to communicate in English clearly and effectively. Experience in residential painting techniques and practices. Leadership qualities to guide and motivate team members during projects. Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting. Competence in reading schematics for various systems within the facility. Capability to weld and perform other specialized repairs as needed. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
