Maintenance Technician – Night Shift Position Available In Greene, Tennessee

Job Description:

The Maintenance Department at Premium Waters partners with otherdepartments within the plant to provide a high level of technicalexpertise to keep machinery running at the best of its ability,troubleshoot lingering problems, provide preventive maintenance andreduce downtime with safety and quality being the top priority.

Maintenance Technicians work together in a spirit of continuousimprovement and collaboration to develop best practices to beshared beyond their home work location to create standardizationand excellence across all locations.

Essential Functions:

Operatesall production machinery in accordance with attached specificationsOperates all blow mold machinery in accordance with attachedspecifications Carries a radio at all times while on shift to befully accessible to team Carries a tool bag with all required toolsat all times while on shift Leads team in changeover processesLeads team in preventative maintenance process Performs basiccleaning of machinery Proficient in blow mold operations Performsall repair tasks and troubleshooting necessary to keep bottlinglines operating efficiently Ability to rotate as needed Assist intraining of new employees Ensures through constant observation androutine inspections that high quality product is being producedEnsures that proper GMP rules and cleanliness is being administeredthroughout production processes Reports all emergencies, injuries,and production incidents immediately to shift supervisor

RequiredQualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent 2-3 yearsprevious experience is a plus Ability to work a flexible scheduleas needed Exceptional interpersonal skills are required Computerexperience is required – strong Excel knowledge Ability towalk/climb to count inventories Ability to read and interpretdocuments Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Basicmath skills required Forklift experience and certification aplus.
