Must have own tools and relevant plumbing experience. ?️ Maintenance Worker Handle general building repairs, minor electrical and plumbing fixes, painting, and upkeep. Must be reliable and able to troubleshoot common issues. ❄️ Certified HVAC Technician Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems. EPA certification required. Must be experienced with both residential and commercial units. ? Landscaper Perform mowing, trimming, planting, and general landscape maintenance.
