This role involves a variety of tasks related to maintaining and improving our facilities, including electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, drywall repair, and general troubleshooting. You do not need to be an expert in every area listed—we value team members with diverse skill sets who are eager to learn, support one another, and grow together as a unit.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs across various systems and facilities Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical (high and low voltage) and HVAC systems Complete basic plumbing repairs and maintenance Patch and paint sheetrock walls Assist in maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of the property Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience with general facility maintenance Familiarity with electrical systems (high and/or low voltage) HVAC troubleshooting and repair knowledge Sheetrock/drywall patching and interior painting Basic plumbing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
