In this role, your mission and responsibilities will be to:
This Maintenance Technician role will support the production team by keeping machinery in good working condition, resolving mechanical issues, performing electrical repairs, and ensuring a safe, organized workspace.
Specifically, you’ll:
Supports the manufacturing team as the mechanical expert
Ensures production and support equipment are functioning properly
Performs preventative maintenance procedures
Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment malfunctions
Makes repairs or adjustments to equipment as needed
Performs basic electrical duties (replace motors, switches, PE, etc.)
Supports the team on all aspects of the operation
Trains team members on mechanical process
Focuses on continuous improvement
Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing & 6S practices
Experience and requirements:
You’re a curious problem solver who can bring big ideas to life. You’re creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we always deliver top-notch customer experiences.

You also have:

High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in heavy duty machining/ manufacturing environment.
Smartsheet experience preferred
