Shift:

12 hour Night Shift (following a 2-2-3 rotation) •Additional Shift rotation details will be provided in the interview process.• The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and performing mechanical repairs on all assigned equipment, including basic hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems at the component level (e.g., packaging, conveying, processing or facilities equipment). What are we looking for? Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment Basic Computer skills required (e.g., Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Understand Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent lifting/carrying pushing (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs) Frequent bending, stooping, handling and gripping. Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, leaning over equipment and work in confined spaces. Ability to stand and/or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift). Ability to read, write and speak English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate or Technical Degree 4+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment Possess a fundamental understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic & mechanical schematics/drawings. Understand TPM Theory and Concepts What will be your key responsibilities? Troubleshoot and repair equipment, failed components, and centerline adjustments. Conduct Preventative Maintenance (PM) and support operations with equipment set up and changeover. Document Work Orders (WOs) and PMs using computerized maintenance management system (SAP) for Plant maintenance functions. Some fabrication and/or machinist work; trained as required. Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Teams, train operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AMs) activities and participate in Breakdown Analysis/Elimination efforts. Adheres to Maintenance and Repair costs while follow Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Assists Operations with Anomaly Handling What can you expect from Mars?
