We have just the job for you. Full Time , Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Occasional after hours for emergencies only. Your skills include; Light electrical repair, plumbing repair, sheetrock, and mudding, ability to paint interior of units in a professional manner, cabinet install, flooring install, monitoring and ordering of supplies/ inventory, and all general repairs pertaining to an apartment community. HVAC Certification a plus,(will be required to obtain) The required HVAC tasks are as follows: filter replacement, thermostat replacement, occasional flushing of condensation lines. Once HVAC cert is obtained, HVAC maintenance and replacement will also be a requirement of the position.
