This role offers a different experience compared to the routine maintenance work in an apartment complex, as it involves a range of responsibilities focused on the upkeep of our building. Key duties include responding to resident work order request, performing light grounds work, and ensuring the building remains in top condition. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, and have previous experience with pool maintenance. A basic understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC is also helpful. Training will be provided on specific building details. The position is Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. A background check is mandatory.
