Seeking individual with High School diploma or equivalent withmechanical and electrical plant maintenance repair experience whocan diagnose and test equipment and then correct malfunctionsand/or make improvements.

Activities:

• Make adjustments, installations, fabrications and modificationsof equipment to maintain or improve safety and quality ofoperational conditions or equipment efficiency.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting the following types ofequipment:

Beverage Bottling & Packaging Equipment:

• Bottle Handling
• Conveyors
• Accumulators, Sorters, Orienters & Unscramblers
• Continuous Motion Inline & Rotary Bottle Fillers & Cappers
• Rinsers & Rinse Valves
• Liquid Fillers & Fill Heads
• Cappers & Cap Head Assemblies
• Carbonators
• Water Filtration Systems
• Labeling Equipment
• Laser Printers
• Ink Jet Printers
• Sleeve Labelers
• Shrink Wrappers
• Boxers & Palletizers
• Remove and replace major electrical components (such as motors,switch/control gear) and troubleshoot compact electrical circuitssafely.
• Programmable controller adjustments including some testing,debugging and modifying of program code, implementation ofinput/output systems, and management of associated programmablehardware such as input/output cards, backplanes, processor andvarious other logic components.
