Maintenance Technician – Fabrication 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 370 Labeling Way, Chattanooga, TN 37419 We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support sheet metal fabrication operations across two facilities. This position is critical to ensuring the uptime and reliability of production equipment and facility systems.

Skills & Abilities:

Respond quickly and effectively to production equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime Troubleshoot and perform mechanical repairs on fabrication equipment including lasers, press brakes, and support machinery Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability Perform general facility maintenance (doors, fixtures, plumbing, air lines, etc.) as issues arise Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to understand equipment performance concerns and support operational goals Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activity Assist with equipment moves, installations, and set-ups as needed Ensure a clean and safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols Prioritize workload to address urgent needs while maintaining regular PM schedules Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed, regardless of task Willingness to work off shift as needed to support production
