Little Madison Way, Knoxville, TN 37923 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician (1099) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance for residential homes and preparing vacant homes for new tenants. This role requires a strong understanding in residential maintenance and renovations, and the applicant must have the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. The Maintenance Technician will ensure that everything operates efficiently and safely. Duties Conduct general troubleshooting and repairs for residential units. Renovate vacant units, from clean out to final touch ups. Use Workforce mobile app to track time between jobs. Collaborate with our Head of Maintenance to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects. Adhere to safety protocols while performing all maintenance tasks. Qualifications Experience in Residential Maintenance and/or a Renovation. Strong knowledge of residential maintenance practices. Ability to be trained and follow direction. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
