The ideal candidate willhave experience in CNC, preventative maintenance, andelectromechanical systems. This is a permanent position thatrequires 5 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment toensure optimal performance and longevity. Troubleshoot and repairCNC machines, including lathes, mills, and routers. Conduct regularinspections of equipment to identify potential issues and implementsolutions. Install, maintain, and repair electromechanical systems,including motors, pumps, and conveyors. Collaborate with othermaintenance technicians and production staff to ensure efficientand safe operation of equipment. Maintain accurate records ofmaintenance and repair work performed. Identify opportunities forprocess improvement and cost savings.

Qualifications:

5 years ofexperience in maintenance and repair of CNC machines andelectromechanical systems. Strong understanding of preventativemaintenance practices. Ability to read and interpret technicaldrawings and schematics. Experience with hand and power tools, aswell as diagnostic equipment. Ability to work independently and aspart of a team. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Highschool diploma or equivalent required; technical degree orcertification preferred.
