The Opportunity
The Maintenance Technician Position is part of the Facilities Team. The Maintenance Technician maintains the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
What You’ll Do
Preparing Residents Rooms for new occupants
Handling general maintenance repair needs at the community.
Performing routine cleaning.
Using and maintaining vehicles, tools and equipment.
Maintaining the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards.
Working to problem solve, plan, organize, communicate and cooperate with others to ensure that projects are completed.
Keeping accurate maintenance records of work done.
Responsibilities include customer service, resident safety, maintenance, and communication.
What You’ll Bring

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass State and Company criminal background/drug screens.
Familiarity with the TELs system a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of similar experience.
Strong communication skills.
The ability to stay organized and multi-task.
