We’re MWB Restaurants:
your local Whataburger franchise. We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, problem-solving pro to keep our restaurants in top shape. As a Maintenance/Safety/Security (MSS) Technician, you’ll troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, plumbing, and more. You’ll also take charge of preventative maintenance to ensure everything operates safely and efficiently. If you love rolling up your sleeves and keeping things in top shape, this job is for you!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Keep our restaurants up and running by fixing HVAC, cooking equipment, drink machines, coolers, and more Stay one step ahead with regular maintenance to keep equipment safe and avoid costly repairs Be the go-to for all kinds of fixes — whether it’s plumbing, carpentry, or tackling electrical repairs Handle work orders like a pro, knocking out tasks in the right order and on time Team up with leadership to get repairs done smoothly and keep the restaurants looking sharp Be ready to jump in anytime (day or night) to keep things running right Keep your ride clean and stocked, and stay on top of maintenance so it’s always ready to roll Get hands-on with new tech that helps make your job faster and easier Always put safety first while getting the job done right!

THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF
You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience fixing HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment You can handle plumbing, mechanical repairs, and basic electrical work like a pro You’re a problem-solver who can figure out issues fast and get things working again You know how to read diagrams and manuals to troubleshoot equipment and get it back up and running You’re great at staying organized and juggling multiple repair requests without missing a beat You’re flexible and ready to respond to service calls, even when things pop up unexpectedly You’re tech-savvy, comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and ticketing systems to stay on track Whata you waiting for?
