Job Description
A local Apartment company is searching for a Maintenance Technician who will have core responsibilities with building upkeep and preventative maintenance. This Maintenance Technician role will assist with general tasks, such as clean up, light construction, and some mechanically inclined occurrences. In addition, the Maintenance Technician will also work with residents inside their homes.
