The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in pool maintenance, ensuring that our clients’ pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. This role requires a hands-on approach to pool cleaning and equipment repair, utilizing various hand and power tools. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial pools, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for pool repairs and maintenance tasks. Inspect pool equipment for functionality and perform necessary repairs or replacements as needed. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool, including chemical levels and maintenance schedules. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their pool systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks related to pool maintenance. Stay updated on the latest techniques and products in the pool maintenance industry. Requirements Proven experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment effectively. Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in the field of pool service. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in maintaining pools to high standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with pool cleaning and maintenance.
