Responsibilities:
Perform minor repairs, including drywall patching, painting, basic plumbing, and hardware installation. Assist with the general maintenance and appearance of buildings and surrounding grounds. Provide support to external vendors during major repair or improvement projects. Maintain clean, organized tools and workspaces to ensure efficiency and safety. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Practical experience in general maintenance, repairs, or construction-related tasks. Ability to work independently while effectively following instructions and protocols.
Bilingual:
Fluent in both English and Spanish. Possess a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record. Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and performing manual labor as needed.
