Maintenance Technician Old Hickory Smokehouse 1012 Veterans Drive, Lewisburg, TN 37091 Old Hickory Smokehouse is a food processing company located in Lewisburg, TN. We smoke and pack a variety of proteins for various applications including sliced, shredded, and whole muscles, with & without sauce. Our entire plant is refrigerated and held at 35 degrees. Maintenance Employee Schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 06:25am-03:30pm Pay Range is $25
