Paid Holidays Key Responsibilities:
Apartment Maintenance :
Perform routine and emergency maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems
Service Requests :
Address resident maintenance requests and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
Property Care :
Maintain the property grounds, buildings, and amenities to ensure a clean and safe environment
Inventory & Tools :
Manage and maintain maintenance tools and supplies
Compliance :
Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or
GED HVAC
experience required; EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred Previous experience in apartment or multifamily housing maintenance Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation Basic hand tools and reliable transportation Strong interpersonal and communication skills Physically able to walk the property, climb ladders and stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed Commitment to safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance
