M-F 8am- 5 pm Strong, stable, local manufacturer is now hiring for a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker to maintain a commercial property in Athens, TN. Pay $23-$26/hour

This is a day shift job with OT available depending on projects Responsibilities for
Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker:
Must be able to take care of commercial yard work (including pruning shrubs, trimming bushes, adding fertilizer, mowing grass, spraying trees and plants, watering plants and law, maintaining landscaping equipment etc.) Regularly inspect property for needed improvements, upkeep, and/or remodeling Perform general repairs around property such as, painting, changing air filters and light bulbs, shim doors and adjust knobs and hinges, carpet and floor washing and cleaning, small mortar repairs (skim coating) etc. Always maintain well-groomed and clean building appearances Track material and expenses Perform all duties of building maintenance Provide janitorial services for assigned location Participate in weekend coverage (if necessary) Qualifications for
Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker:
5+ years trades experience (building, construction, electrical, etc.) A familiarity with tools of the trade A valid driver’s license and clean background Must be self-motivated Not afraid of heights Wear steel-toe boots
