JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably with automated systems. They are skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control systems, and are comfortable reading technical drawings. They are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and with cross-functional teams. A proactive mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment. Repair, replace, and install machine components (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic). Read and interpret mechanical/electrical diagrams and blueprints. Use measurement tools and manual machines (lathe, drill press, grinder) for repairs. Operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments. Document all work in CMMS (TAG Application), including root cause and corrective actions. Initiate work orders based on equipment performance and maintenance logs. Maintain safe work practices, follow OSHA and company standards, and use PPE. Assist in planning and executing continuous improvement and reliability projects. Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and automation personnel to solve equipment issues. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in industrial maintenance (5+ years preferred). Experience with automated equipment, industrial control systems, and PLCs/VFDs. Welding and fabrication skills preferred. Proficiency in using CMMS and documenting maintenance activity. Ability to read and understand technical documents, safety procedures, and schematics.

Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., stand, walk, bend, climb, and kneel regularly. Exposure to loud noise, heat, humidity, dust, confined spaces, and machinery.

PPE required:

safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, high-visibility gear. May work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays based on production needs.

RESPONSIBILITES

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools. Read and interpret blueprints to execute maintenance tasks accurately. Collaborate with team members to enhance communication and efficiency in maintenance operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS and other documentation methods. Adhere to safety protocols while working with high voltage and hydraulic systems.
