Seeking prior experience:

Rebuilding and installing productionequipment; Conducting preventative maintenance and tool changes;Troubleshooting & repairing malfunctions.

Equipment:

automated high speed bottle fillers, cappers & labelers;conveyors, sorters, orienters and unscramblers; motors, motordrives, sensors, and actuators; wrappers, casers andpalletizers.

• Installs new equipment or replaces equipment as required andsets up line for product changeovers as required.
• Fabricates parts using machine shop equipment.
• Planned maintenance, trouble-shooting, and reducing downtimedue to equipment failure.
• Training of operators to recognize and report potentialequipment malfunctions and failures as well as to ensure knowledgeand assist with preventive maintenance.
