Maintenance Technician FPC Holston Kingston, TN 37763 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and be adept at troubleshooting and repairing various systems. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently, providing a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is preferred. Experience in die casting maintenance. In-depth knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques. PLC diagnostics and Robotics. Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings. Effective problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks Strong communication skills Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks
