Job Description:

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our residents. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance of apartment units and common areas.
Performing repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Ensuring all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborating with property management and other team members to address maintenance issues.
Adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and appliances.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
