This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, functional, and safe apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform valet trash pick-up throughout the property during evening hours. Conduct light maintenance tasks as needed (changing light bulbs, minor repairs, etc.). Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment. Communicate any issues or safety concerns to the onsite supervisor. Provide excellent customer service to residents when necessary.

Requirements:

Must be dependable and able to work independently during evening hours. Previous experience in general maintenance or janitorial services preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions. Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
