Maintenance Mechanic Position Available In Rutherford, Tennessee

Job Title:

Maintenance Mechanic 1st or 3rd shift 2-2-3-3 Job Description The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining all industrial equipment. This includes performing preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the continuous operation of converting equipment and lines. The role also involves participating in manufacturing process improvement initiatives and implementing technical solutions. Responsibilities Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment. Troubleshoot and determine issues with equipment. Ensure converting equipment and lines run continuously. Participate in manufacturing process improvement initiatives. Perform repairs and implement technical solutions. Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators, and multimeters. Essential Skills Experience in maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems. 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience working on hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and 3-phase motors. Comfortable with changeovers, setups, fillers, pumps, and valves. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in GMP or Food Manufacturing is a plus.
