Maintenance Tech Position Available In Rutherford, Tennessee

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems within a facility. This role ensures the optimal functioning of all equipment and infrastructure, minimizes downtime, and maintains a safe and comfortable environment for occupants or operations. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

salary:

$48,000 – $52,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 4

High SchoolResponsibilities Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
