  Maintenance Technician

• Job Description
• The maintenance technician will be responsible for maintaining CNC machines, ensuring their optimal performance through regular maintenance and repairs.
• Responsibilities
• + Perform machine and building repairs, modifications, and enhancements.

+ Install and conduct preventative maintenance on equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues. + Work with CNC machines and 5-axis equipment. + Utilize electrical and mechanical drawings for diagnostics. + Handle robotic equipment and ensure proper functioning. + Conduct welding and repair hydraulic pumps, clutches, and cylinders. + Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Essential Skills
• + Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance. + Experience with CNC maintenance and repair. + Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. + Blueprint reading skills. + Robotics experience.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Experience with machine repair and welding. + Knowledge of hydraulic systems including pumps, clutches, and cylinders. + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

• Work the 1st shift (Monday-Thursday) from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with some Friday overtime. Located in Murfreesboro, TN, the facility offers a calm and clean environment. Personal protective equipment like steel-toed boots and eye protection is required.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $56160.00 – $66560.00/yr. This is a climate controlled facility, it is extremely clean and quiet. They offer dental, health and vision benefits as well as a competitive 401k.
