The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility equipment. Fabricate components as needed to support maintenance operations. Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting electrical issues. Utilize an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to assess electrical systems. Conduct residential painting and minor repairs to maintain aesthetic standards. Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in facility operations. Qualifications Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance. Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong supervisory skills when required. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
