Maintenance Technician Takahata Precision Tennessee, Inc. 370 Marcum Parkway, Helenwood, TN 37755 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, facilities maintenance, and the ability to read schematics. The Maintenance Technician will also provide excellent customer service while addressing maintenance requests in a timely manner. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Perform residential painting and fabrication tasks as needed. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and inventory. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents, providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and resolve issues effectively. Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and procedures. Requirements Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication. Experience in residential painting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance tasks. Strong skills in electrical systems and facilities maintenance. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Knowledge of using an ohmmeter and other basic tools for troubleshooting electrical issues.
