Maintenance Technician Express Employment Professionals Gatlinburg, TN 37738 Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a local resort in Gatlinburg, TN.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Performs guest room and public area maintenance and repairs Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, spackling (drywall) required Exterior building maintenance repairs as needed Cleaning and monitoring outdoor common areas Maintain pools and hot tubs Grounds maintenance Completes preventive maintenance checklists Good verbal communication Ability to lift 50lbs. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time Performs other duties as assigned
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
Previous Maintenance experience or experience with carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, electrical, etc required.
Maintenance Technician Shift:
8am- 4:30pm weekends required Full-time Overtime may be available.
