Your Responsibilities:
- Your daily tasks will encompass a diverse range of maintenance and troubleshooting duties, including: Completing maintenance tasks and projects at multiple work sites.
Conducting routine property inspections. Diagnosing and resolving cabin maintenance issues. Performing preventative property maintenance. Troubleshooting appliances, cable/satellite TV, Wi-Fi, HVAC, and plumbing. – Maintaining hot tubs (no prior experience needed – we provide training). Coordinating with third-party service providers. Attending mandatory meetings. And much more!

Skills You’ll Need:
- To excel in this role, you should possess: Proven maintenance experience (preferably two years).
Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Troubleshooting and routine maintenance skills. Self-motivation and excellent organizational skills. A keen eye for detail. Professionalism and a customer-oriented attitude. Strong time management abilities. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. The ability to lift over 40 lbs. Familiarity with computers and mobile devices. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
