Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, respond to work orders, and assist with repairs and improvements across our residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems. Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and work orders. Maintain inventory of tools and supplies, ordering as necessary. Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment. Document maintenance activities and report on completed and ongoing work. Provide excellent customer service to tenants and staff.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus. Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
