The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks for our portfolio of vacation rental properties Responsibilities and Essential Duties Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues, ensuring all properties are in excellent condition. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and general maintenance. Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies, providing solutions to ensure guest safety and comfort. Ensure all properties meet safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Collaborate with property managers to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks. Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Address guest maintenance requests and concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing the overall guest experience. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
