Memphis Downtown Responsibilities:
- Assists in the performance of duties necessary to maintain the physical structure of the hotel in good repair.
- Assists in administration of on-going preventative maintenance program for equipment and guest rooms.
- Makes minor repairs on general plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Performs elementary painting and repairing walls, furniture, cabinets, windows, doors, locks, keys.
- Performs minor electrical, mechanical, fans and air conditioners repairs Must Have at least 1 or more years of hands on general maintenance experience.
