Job Description:

The Maintenance Industrial Handyman is responsible for the general upkeep and appearance of the facility, performing various maintenance tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role works closely with the maintenance team and other departments to ensure a clean, functional, and safe workspace.

Pay:

$18/hr – $21/hr

DOE Type:

Contract role (with potential for long-term opportunity based on performance and experience)

Schedule:

2:00 PM – 12:00 AM | Potential for overtime, weekend availability required

Responsibilities:

Perform general facility upkeep including painting, deep cleaning, and power washing Complete routine maintenance tasks and blow-downs Follow safety protocols and work independently or as part of a team Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas Assist with other maintenance-related tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or facility upkeep Previous forklift experience required Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends Strong verbal and written communication skills Positive, team-oriented attitude High school diploma or equivalent
