Maintenance Tech Position Available In Shelby, Tennessee

Maintenance Tech 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars 1400 Greenbrook Parkway, Memphis, TN 38134 Asden Management, a rapidly growing Real Estate Management Company with properties in several states, is looking for excellent employees to add to our team! We are currently seeking an experienced, skilled Maintenance Technician to handle all necessary repairs at our Greenbrook Shelby Farms property of 1,000+ units. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Respond to all maintenance service requests by tenants, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry and general maintenance Interact with tenants in a courteous and professional manner at all time On-call 24/7 for emergencies approximately one week per month Such other tasks or assignments as may be required by management Job requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of property maintenance or related experience
• HVAC certified

REQUIRED

• Must have valid driver’s license, as well as own truck and basic HVAC tools
• General knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work
• Ability to lift 100 pounds or more
• Ability to follows instructions, multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
