Job Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks across the property, including plumbing repairs, basic electrical troubleshooting, and other handyman duties Turn and prepare units for new tenants (make-readies) including painting, cleaning, repairs, and appliance checks Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner Inspect vacant units and report issues before move-ins Maintain cleanliness and functionality of common areas and grounds Assist with seasonal maintenance tasks (e.g., HVAC filters, winterization, etc.)

Requirements:

Experience in residential maintenance or similar trade work Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems Ability to perform general labor tasks such as painting, drywall repair, light carpentry, and appliance servicing Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Valid driver’s license preferred
