Responsibilities:
Maintain interior and exterior of buildings, grounds, and structures to ensure operational functionality and compliance with health and safety standards. Perform emergency and unscheduled minor repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and mechanical equipment (including doors, lights, and offices). Collaborate with contracted HVAC, electrical, and building equipment vendors during scheduled maintenance or repairs. Gather proposals for major repairs from outside vendors and oversee projects once the vendor is selected.
