Swimming Pool Service Technician Easley Pool Services Millington, TN 38053 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and repair of swimming pools, ensuring that they are safe and enjoyable for our clients. The Pool Technician will utilize both hand tools and power tools to perform various tasks and must possess a strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively. Duties Conduct regular maintenance on residential and commercial swimming pools, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections. Utilize hand tools and power tools for repairs and installations of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems. Perform routine pool cleaning tasks including skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing walls, and maintaining water clarity. Diagnose mechanical issues with pool equipment and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs made, and any recommendations for future maintenance. Communicate effectively with clients regarding pool conditions, maintenance schedules, and any required repairs. Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments. Experience Previous experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is preferred but not mandatory. Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and equipment repair is essential. Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in the maintenance industry. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
