Position Overview We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Utility Technician to support day-to-day operations in our service and repair facility. This entry- to mid-level role offers valuable hands-on experience in an industrial environment, assisting technicians and shop personnel in maintaining a safe, clean, and productive workspace. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, has strong attention to detail, and wants to grow within the industrial service field. Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare electric motors, pumps, and equipment for service or repair Assist with loading/unloading equipment and organizing tools or parts Perform general shop maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe work environment Support service technicians with basic mechanical tasks (e.g., disassembly, degreasing, transporting parts) Deliver parts or equipment to vendors/customers as needed Help with inventory checks and organizing stock or incoming shipments Follow all safety protocols and promptly report equipment or safety concerns Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, or industrial setting preferred Mechanical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools Strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Desire to grow into a skilled technician role over time What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and PTO A supportive, team-oriented work environment with long-term career potential Apply Today!
