Maintenance Technician Position:

Maintenance Technician Position:
Perform general maintenance including fire alarms, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and resolve issues Prepare vacant units for new tenants by completing repairs, cleaning, and ensuring readiness Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, landscaping, and gutter cleaning Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies Provide emergency on-call support as scheduled, including nights and weekends Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with tenants, owners, and coworkers Follow all policies and safety procedures in place Completes any other related tasks as needed Qualifications and Desired Skills for
Maintenance Technician Position:
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years maintenance experience, preferably in residential or commercial property management Knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and work orders Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills Ability to stand for duration of shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist , climb ladders, and reach If you have the experience and skills we’re looking for, apply to Luttrell Staffing today!
