Full Job Description Industrial Maintenance Technician Openings Description:
Responsible for the safe troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Follow job specific Work Instructions which pertain to the job assignment. Receive and interpret instructions, work orders, and blueprints covering, scheduled and emergency repair, installations, and inspections of work to be done. Operate production machinery. Test and inspects equipment for defects and malfunctioning such as misalignment, wear, failure, insufficient lubrication, need for improvements, etc. Millwright /
Maintenance Mechanics:
$32.36
- $38.26/hour Mechanical troubleshooting on 60HP
- 100HP motors, heavy equipment, overhead cranes, etc.
- Conveyer troubleshooting (belt driven conveyors)
- Have you installed and replaced rollers, belts, and motors on conveyors?
Installation and replacement of flange bearings and taper locks. (These are fitting that go on the end of pipes to connect pipeline systems)
Multi-craft Technicians:
$40.15
- $42.07/hour 30% Electrical, 70% Mechanical 480v electrical troubleshooting & 110V AC that runs into PLC Systems PLC Troubleshooting & diagnosing (Allen Bradley systems) Mechanical troubleshooting includes: Overhead cranes, heavy equipment, hydraulics, & conveyor systems. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00
